Students will write a 2500-word max report which will critically analyze how Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures in their organization seek to ensure that legal requirements in relation to Health & Safety, well-being, recruitment, and the development of people are met. The report will also critically examine the role of Human Resources policies, practices, and approaches to inclusive talent management and performance, staff well-being, H&S, and legal requirements, within an organizational context.
The report will combine practical and theoretical knowledge. The length of the submission, 2,500 words, has been specified to allow a concise but sufficiently detailed submission. However, any additional words exceeding the 2,500-word threshold will not be considered in the marking process.
