Take the conflict self-assessment test in (Chapter 8, Box 8.2) and analyze your approach to dealing with conflict in the workplace. What mode of conflict resolution do you prefer (Chapter 8, Box 8.2) ? What mode of resolution would you find most difficult to deal with in a co-worker? What would you like to change?
