You can start this analysis by reviewing strategic plan and/or mission statements, IT strategic plans, current IT portfolio and artifacts of the organization of your selection. It is an opportunity to look at the organization from a strategic
and system perspective with a particular drill-down into the technologies used to fulfill its mission. This analysis also helps to address how efficiency and effectiveness are affected by the current IT being used and how adoption of different technologies may result in change.
