Assessment 3 is to be undertaken within the exam period. Specifically it must be undertaken between the 21st and 26th June (dates TBC). You will have two hours to complete the test. Once you start the test, you must complete the test within two hours. You will not have the option to pause, or stop and restart the test. You can refer to materials in preparing your responses. However you should keep the time limit in mind and adequately prepare for the test by thoroughly revising this course.
Assessment three is comprised of two sections.
SECTION 1 – You will be randomly allocated two questions which you must prepare responses to. These questions are drawn from topics 6 through 9 of the course. Your response to each question contributes 10 marks towards your grade. You are encouraged to allocate approximately 20-30 minutes per question. Each response should be approximately 500-750 words in length.
SECTION 2 – In section 2 you will be provided with a short case study and randomly allocated two questions related to the case study to prepare responses to. Your response to each question contributes 10 marks towards your grade. You are encouraged to allocate approximately 20-30 minutes per question. Each response should be approximately 500-750 words in length.
Each question will be graded against the following criteria:
• Identification of key concepts and issues
• Quality of the analysis provided
• Quality and completeness of response to the topic
• Correct presentation, including citation of sources where included, and clarity of expression
