What information indicates there is a problem with workflow, care, or communication? Prioritize those areas that you have some control over and that the team thinks will have the most impact. Ask your mentor, staff, and patients about what is most frustrating in their day. This will generate a list from which you can prioritize areas for improvement. Use three steps to narrow your list of initiatives by asking: What is the benefit for the patient? What is the benefit for the team/unit? What resources are needed to support the change? Reflection is to be around 300-350 words in length Your Module 2 journal will provide evidence of logged clinical time.
