Assignment Requirements:
For this assignment, you will submit a paper no more than 5-6 pages in length. You will prepare a sequential employee recruitment and selection plan and process that focuses on some of the better practices that you would like to see used to attract and select an adequate number of qualified people for your agency. Your paper should also include your thoughts and ideas on what your agency could or should do to retain your existing agency staff.
· You may use resources from inside or outside the classroom, but if you use or cite extensively from other sources, proper notations or citations to credit those sources should be included in your submission.
