Your direct reports will soon be going through Emotional Intelligence training, and all employees will then be asked to complete their annual review in a new format, as a personal development plan. You have been asked to complete this plan in the new format first before submitting it to your direct report manager. In completing your personal development plan, you will focus on the areas of Emotional Intelligence for professional and personal development.

2. Utilize the following template to develop a reflection document based on the findings of the self-assessment. (TEMPLATE ATTACHED)
Be sure to use research from credible scholarly sources to support your answers.
Include the following criterions:
What is your area(s) of strength? What is your area(s) of weakness?
What area(s) did you find most surprising, and why?
What area(s) did you find least surprising, and why?
What area(s) can you identify for professional growth and development? Support your answer with your findings.
Submission Requirements
Deliverable should be a minimum of 4 to 5 pages of content in length. This does not include your title page and/or reference pages.
All assignments should be in APA format. Please review the Writing Lab: APA Style for guidance.
The name of the file should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. An example is shown below:
