Your Final Project must clearly demonstrate that you have successfully mastered the course learning objectives:
Explain how to conduct a job analysis and design a position
Develop a strategy for recruiting and selecting talent
Plan for training and development for employees in a job
Describe how to evaluate and manage employee performance
Design a compensation plan for a position
Create career development plans for talent in organizations
Formulate strategies for managing retention and separation in organizations
Identify federal laws that impact the employment relationship
Each of these learning objectives will have its own line on the grading rubric, so be sure that you are addressing them all in sufficient detail. As an example, you should probably include at least one full-page of written content or 2-4 minutes of narrated/presented content for each of the first seven objectives, each of which was a learning module in the course. Make sure that you are incorporating federal laws that impact the employment relationship (the last learning objective on the list) wherever applicable in the other sections.
