1 Reflecting on team members’ dynamics:
Working together in a team has helped me providing a deep understanding of team effort, collaboration and brainstorming. While working as a team I realized that it is much easier to complete a task than working alone. We shared our ideas, knowledge and tried to not only listen but understand each other’s viewpoints which helped us to complete the task successfully on time.

When I was working as team, the most important thing to do was to be on time whenever the group called a meeting. And I have always made it possible.
