For this discussion you will begin a competitive analysis of your hypothetical company, which will become part of the marketing plan you will start developing in your Week 4 assignment.
Please respond to the following:
- Analyze the social media presence of each competitor (including platforms, types of content, the number of followers, and their customer reviews, including the company response).
- Which elements of your competitor's social media presence are most effective?
- Include how they could improve.
- How would you (as the owner of your hypothetical company) use this type of analysis in your own social media marketing strategy?
Discuss your findings with your classmates and use the feedback you receive to improve this portion of your competitive analysis before including it in your Week 4 assignment.
