I am currently in search of an expert proficient in formulating well-structured strategies. As part of my final project, I am tasked with devising a new strategy for Ma’aden company (NEW STRATEGY, not the current one). The primary focus of this strategy will be centered around achieving social sustainability.
I am seeking guidance and expertise to develop a comprehensive and effective plan that aligns with our company’s objectives while prioritizing social sustainability initiatives.
